Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Adishill, we aim to provide our customers with genuine, properly packaged and quality-checked products. This policy explains the circumstances under which cancellations, returns and refunds may be provided.

1. Order Cancellation

* An order may be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
* Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
* To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, tampered with, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For verification, we may request:

* Order number
* Photographs/videos of the package
* Photographs of the product
* Description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products are generally not eligible for return.

An unopened product may be eligible for return only where permitted by our return terms and after prior approval from our customer-support team.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in cases such as:

* Order cancelled before dispatch
* Product received damaged or defective
* Incorrect product delivered
* Order could not be fulfilled by Adishill
* Other circumstances approved by our customer-support team

Refund eligibility will be determined after verification.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the amount will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution, the amount may take approximately 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

* Products that have been opened or used
* Change of mind after opening/using the product
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
* Failed delivery attempts attributable to the customer
* Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return/refund is due to an error attributable to Adishill or another circumstance covered by applicable law.
